Winter Whites

It's time for our winter whites. And greys. And blacks. There's something about the low white sun that pulls me to think of ways to portray it. Soaking in some Southeast vibes

Just returned from a quick trip to Ketchikan with a friend.  So glad I bought that new raincoat! It made it possible to enjoy everything -- food, parks, beaches, totem history, rust dyeing, boardwalks quiet before the storm of 1.5 million summer cruise ship passengers. Wow!

A little blue sky on our last day!

Riverbank Lunch

This little musk ox is enjoying a flower (river beauty) lunch. I wonder how many flowers it takes to fill up a musk ox? I've also included a photo of the riverbank where we watched a couple mamas and babies peacefully enjoying their sunny day across the river from us.
